Tony came out and replaced 3 blown off shingles. Also replaced 2 boots that fit over vented pipes that protrude through the roof. One boot had actually blown off that I was not aware of. He recaulk several areas near valleys and roof line edges & nailed down some nail pops. He showed me pictures and later provided copies of the state of my roof, both before and after the repairs. He said my roof was in decent condition for its age. I like the fact that he did not try to give me a sales pitch for a new roof or other services. Tony was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I told an out of state family member who is knowledgeable in roofing about this company, and he could not believe I had all this work done for $150. I don’t normally do reviews, but the roof & gutter repair special MD Roofing offers is the real deal!
